The United States Eventing Association has two Areas in the Mid-West. Area IV covers Kansas, Missouri and Points North and Area V Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. The largest Eventing group is the Mid-American Combined Training Association (MACTA), which has its headquarters at Heritage Park in Olathe, Kansas but members spread over a wide area of Kansas, Missouri & Iowa.

The Kansas Dressage & Eventing Association (KDEA), headquartered in Wichita, is mainly a dressage organization but also has a small but active group of eventers based at Parker Ranch & Windermere Stables. The Oklahoma Eventers (OKE) has members all across the state with centers in OKC, Tulsa and Verden.  Woodlands Equestrian Center in Edmond and Feather Creek Farm in Norman both host several events and clinics each year.
